You often hear people say things like “I try to set goals, but I always mess up!”, or “I might last a week-or-so, but then it’s all too much trouble”, etc.
But, we all set goals everyday, even though we probably don’t realize it. And we’re all actually really good at it!
Personal development can have an impact on changes you want to make in your professional life as much as your home life. Regardless of which part of your life you want to focus on, changing one nearly always produces positive results in the other.
