This book.’Man’s search for Meaning’, is Viktor Frankl’s journey through his time in three nazi concentration camps during the WW2. Frankl believed that ‘meaning’ was the key to good mental health and human flourishing.
We all have times in life when things are difficult. For some, the depth of those difficulties are deeper than others. If you’re struggling at the moment, or you have times when nothing seems to be going right, look for meaning in your life.
